TRIMMING-HEAD WITH CONTROLLED VACUUM IN THE COUNTER-TILE AND BLADE LUBRICATION

Bongioanni Stampi continues its innovation policy for the customers service with the continuous development of its products, in this case bettering and implementing the trimming-head concept, which is often underestimated, but actually it is worth to consider that this plays a very important rote for the tile definition. Here under you will find a detailed description of two new optional systems suitable for any trimming-head type:

• Thanks to the controlled vacuum system it is possible to regulate the counter-tile exit motion outside the blades, in order to achieve a millimeter precise setting of the tile on the drying tray, thus avoiding the well known falling clearance that often causes the tile deformation.
• The biade lubrication System through their cooling is very useful where clays tends to stick inside the trimming-head, creating dirt stack that damages the product quality. This optional is aimed to always keep a very good tile cut and it is cheaper, more practical and cleaner compared to the traditional oil lubrication systems.
