Wet Pan Mills
The wet pan mill is a heavily built machine, based on the principle of two big grinding wheels which turn on an anti-wear manganese steel grid.
The dimensions of the holes is chosen according to the needs, thus obtaining, on the raw material, a series of working effects that generally are obtained only with the use of several machines: crushing of hard and schistose clays, under the weight of the grinding wheels, mixing of various clays by means of easily adjustable scrapers amalgamation and mixing of the clay with the addition of water.
The grinding wheels have rings made of manganese steel easily adjustable. The refined clay is transported by means of two belt conveyors in PVC placed under the grids.
